Kids' gymnastics starts with the basics of moving well: running, jumping, rolling, hanging, balancing and landing safely. Toddler classes wrap these into songs, games and soft-play circuits with a parent close by, while older children move on to forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands and simple routines on mats, beams and bars, working in small groups by age and skill. Along the way it builds strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness, plus the confidence to try something new and the patience to practise it.
