1. About Waha

Waha ("we", "us") is a free directory of children's activities, classes, clubs and nurseries in Dubai and the wider UAE. You can browse and search it without an account. Parents don't sign up: when you find something you like, you contact the provider directly, usually on WhatsApp.

Waha doesn't sell, book or take payment for any activity, and takes no commission. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. Listing information

Listings are built from information providers have already made public, such as their Google Business Profile and their own website, and from details providers give us. We check it, but activities, prices, ages, schedules and opening hours change, so a listing can be out of date or incomplete. Where a rating is shown, it comes from Google and says so.

Always confirm the details directly with the provider before you enrol, and make your own judgement about whether an activity, venue or coach is right and safe for your child. A listing on Waha is not an endorsement or a recommendation, and it does not mean we have checked a provider's licences, insurance or safeguarding.

3. Contacting providers

"Message on WhatsApp" opens WhatsApp with a short message you can edit before sending. From then on the conversation, and any arrangement you make, is between you and the provider, under WhatsApp's terms. Waha is not a party to it and doesn't see it.

4. For providers

  • You can claim your listing, correct a detail or ask us to remove it with the form on the For providers page: search for your business and pick it. We reply within 7 days.
  • If you add or edit information on Waha, it must be accurate and you must be allowed to share it, including any photos.
  • Listings are for legitimate businesses and practitioners offering activities for children.
  • Listing on Waha is free.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • Send false or misleading reports, or pretend to be a business you don't represent
  • Scrape, copy or republish the directory in bulk, by hand or with automated tools, including the listings, the page text we write and the photos, or use it to build another directory. We may block or limit automated access to the site.
  • Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site
  • Use the site for anything unlawful

6. Content and photos

The design of the site, the text we write and the directory as a whole are ours. Business names, logos and photos belong to their owners and are shown to identify the business to parents. If you own something shown on Waha and want it changed or taken down, use the form on the listing or email us, and we will act on it within 7 days.

7. No guarantees

Waha is provided free and "as is". We don't run any of the activities listed and are not responsible for them, including their quality, safety, availability or price, or any injury, loss or dispute connected with them. To the fullest extent UAE law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the directory.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Using Waha after a change means you accept the updated terms.
