IFK Karate Center

IFK Karate Center is a Kyokushin karate school in Dubai Silicon Oasis, approved by the UAE Karate Federation and affiliated to IFK Kyokushin UK, with kids karate classes that build confidence, discipline and focus. Children train on a matted dojo lined with punch bags and pads, learn kihon, kata and controlled kumite, grade through the belts at the centre's own exams and can compete at the annual IFK Cup national championship. Classes run Saturday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, plus Friday and Saturday mornings from 9am to 11am; free trial classes and transport are available. The same academy has Dubai branches in Al Nahda 2, Bur Dubai (Mankhool) and Dubailand Residence.
