How much do kids classes cost?

The kids memberships are Standard (3 classes a week) at 750 AED for 1 month, 1,700 AED for 3 months, 3,150 AED for 6 months or 5,400 AED for 12 months, and Unlimited at 900 AED for 1 month, 2,100 AED for 3 months, 3,750 AED for 6 months or 6,600 AED for 12 months. Private 1:1 sessions are 500 AED with a black belt coach or 800 AED with the head coach.

Can my child try a class first?

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling martial art built around control, leverage and technique rather than striking, so it's often chosen by parents for kids who want a physical activity without the impact of boxing or kickboxing. Children learn positional control, escapes and basic submissions on the mat, building coordination, discipline and self-confidence along with practical self-defence skills. Classes are usually split by age band, since technique and intensity need to scale for younger kids. A gi (the traditional uniform) is standard kit for training.
