About Picasso Artists
Picasso Artists is an art studio on the ground floor of Times Square Center on Sheikh Zayed Road, running group art workshops for children aged 6 to 14 alongside adult classes, art birthday parties and school trips. The 2026/27 group workshops started on 7 September and follow a weekly rota, so the day you come decides the project: tie dye and ink art on Mondays, anime sketching on Tuesdays, acrylic painting on Wednesdays and Saturdays, pencil art on Thursdays and clay on Sundays. Each session lasts 90 minutes, is led by a professional artist, needs no experience and includes all materials. You pay per session or buy a bundle of 4, 8, 15 or 30 sessions. Birthday parties are a separate two-hour package for ages 4 to 14 built around fluid art and pendulum painting, with paid add-ons such as a piñata. Private lessons for children are also offered, with times and prices arranged directly with the studio.

Art Classes, explained
An art workshop gives children a guided project to finish in one sitting: an acrylic painting, a pencil drawing, a clay figure, a tie-dyed T-shirt. An artist demonstrates each step, then children work at their own table and take the piece home. Rotating through different materials week by week lets a child find what they enjoy, from careful shading to messy pouring. Along the way they practise fine motor control, patience and colour mixing, and get the quiet pride of finishing something. Most group workshops take children from about five or six, once they can follow a demonstration and sit with a project for an hour or more.

Group art workshops are for children aged 6 to 14, all levels, with no prior art experience needed. Art birthday parties are for ages 4 to 14, with a minimum of 10 children. Private art classes are offered for kids and adults of all levels; ages and prices for private lessons are not published, so ask the provider.
