High Performance Sports Club

High Performance Sports Club is a kids swimming club that runs learn-to-swim lessons and swim squads in the 50-metre pools at Hamdan Sports Complex, with more classes at Al Ittihad Private School in Jumeirah and Vernus International School in Silicon Oasis. Babies from six months splash with a parent in gentle water-confidence sessions, children from three follow a structured pathway from first floats to pre-squad, and the coaches, rooted in Dutch teaching methods, keep every group safe and moving at its own pace. Girls-only lessons with female coaches run at the Jumeirah school, and Lets Camp holiday camps mix swimming with team sports and crafts in every school break. Girls-only group classes are AED 95 per 45-minute class.
