About Glitch Arabia
Glitch is a 40,000 sq ft indoor entertainment centre on Level 2 of Al Ghurair Centre in Deira. Al Ghurair Properties opened it in 2023, and it lists more than 30 activities. Little ones get a soft play zone for ages 2 and up, with tunnels, slides, ball pits and mini obstacle courses. Children from 4 can try the 11 themed climbing walls and Cloud Climbing, a neon-lit climb from one level to the next. There is also a jungle-themed rope course, a 10-metre slide and a zip line that runs around the ceiling in a harness. Older children and teens can move on to laser tag (ages 6+), an 8-lane bowling alley, billiards, PlayStations, arcades and VR. You pay per activity, from AED 10 for kiddie rides up to AED 60 for an hour of soft play, or buy a credit package. Glitch also hosts birthday parties and school trips, and the mall's food court is right outside.

Glitch is an indoor family entertainment centre: one big hall of climbing, sliding and gaming attractions where you pay per activity or buy a credit card and move between zones. Children aged 2 and up can explore the soft play, with its tunnels, slides and ball pits. From age 4 they can take on the 11 themed climbing walls and the neon Cloud Climbing course. There is also a jungle-themed rope course, a zip line that runs around the ceiling more than 10 metres up, and a 10-metre slide. Older children and teens can play laser tag (ages 6+), bowling, arcades and VR. Staff harness climbers in and supervise the rides.
Who it's for
Families with children from toddlers to teens. The soft play is for children aged 2 and above. The climbing walls and Cloud Climbing start at age 4, and laser tag requires players to be at least 6. Glitch's FAQ says children aged 4 and above can take part, but some attractions are meant for teens, and each ride shows its own height and weight limits at the entrance. Bowling, billiards, arcades and VR suit older children and grown-ups too. Guests with medical conditions or special needs can use the rides with a Special Needs Pass from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and a physician's certificate confirming they are fit to take part.
What to expect
Buy tickets at the main counter or book online at shop.glitcharabia.com. Online tickets are still redeemed at the main counter. Each attraction is paid separately, or you can load a credit package. Dress in comfy clothes, closed shoes and socks. Harnessed attractions are fitted and supervised by trained staff, and height and weight limits are posted at each ride. Laser tag starts with a 5-minute safety briefing and every player signs a waiver. A game lasts 10 minutes, with up to 24 players. Bowling shoes are provided free. Weekends and public holidays get busy: Glitch says waits can reach 25 minutes per attraction at peak times, and suggests weekdays before 6pm.
