About Bounce
BOUNCE is an indoor trampoline park brand with four branches: Al Quoz and BOUNCE X at Dubai Festival City in Dubai, Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi and Aljada in Sharjah. Children and grown-ups jump across linked trampolines and try the zones: the X Run obstacle course, the Big Bag airbag for trick landings, trampoline dodgeball, Slam Dunk hoops, The Wall for wall runs and The Summit for climbing and freerunning. You book a timed pass, and everyone jumping wears BOUNCE grip socks. The FAQ says children and adults over 110cm can use the full freestyle park, and parents should actively supervise anyone under 12. A trampoline park is a big indoor hall of linked trampolines and padded zones where children jump, flip, climb and race for a set time slot. At BOUNCE Al Quoz the zones include an obstacle course called X Run, a Big Bag airbag for landing tricks, trampoline dodgeball, Slam Dunk basketball hoops, a wall-run challenge called The Wall, a climbing and freerun zone called The Summit, and a Performance Area for bigger freestyle moves. It is a pay-and-play day out: you book a timed pass, put on grip socks and jump. Kids burn off energy and build balance, coordination and confidence as they try new moves.

What to expect
Book a timed pass online or by phone; BOUNCE suggests booking ahead, especially at weekends and in school holidays. Everyone jumping must wear BOUNCE grip socks, which you can reuse on later visits. Come in comfy athletic clothes: kandoras, abayas, skirts, loose clothing and loose accessories are not allowed, and the safety rules ask you to tie back long hair, take off jewellery and empty your pockets. The rules include one person per trampoline, no landing on hands and jumping only within your skill level.
