About Zamania Sportainment Park
Zamania is an indoor adventure and sports-entertainment park in China Court at Ibn Battuta Mall, on Sheikh Zayed Road in Jebel Ali Village. The park covers 2,500 square metres and lists more than 30 attractions: a ninja course, light slides, climbing walls, trampolines, a labyrinth, a lava game, interactive games, a construction zone, a car track and a toddler zone. Everything is themed around Zantaro, a manga hero whose story runs through the park. Play is split by age, with a Toddlers Hub for 0-4, games for children aged 5-12, a Teens Hub, and adults welcome to play too; the park's FAQ says it is specially designed for kids aged 7 and up and young adults. There is a Japanese anime-style family restaurant with 110 seats serving pizza, burgers and fries, so parents can sit and eat while children play. Zamania also runs birthday party packages, school trips and creative workshops such as clay, cooking and paleontology.
The activity
Trampoline & Adventure Parks, explained
A sportainment park mixes an indoor adventure playground with active games: children climb, jump, slide and race around a themed course for a timed pass or a full day. Zamania, in Ibn Battuta Mall, covers 2,500 square metres with more than 30 attractions, including a ninja course, light slides, climbing walls, trampolines, a labyrinth, a lava game, interactive games, a construction zone and a car track. The whole park is dressed in the story of Zantaro, a manga hero made up for the park. It is split into hubs by age: a Toddlers Hub for 0-4, games for kids aged 5-12, a Teens Hub, and adults can play too. It is pay-and-play fun that builds balance, strength and confidence.
Who it's for
Children, teens and adults. The park's own FAQ says Zamania is specially designed for kids aged 7 and up and young adults, and that it has age-specific zones for toddlers, preschoolers and older children. The play area page splits the park into a Toddlers Hub for ages 0-4, games for kids aged 5-12, a Teens Hub, and says adults can play too. Toddlers have their own day pass for the toddler zone. Height limits for individual attractions are not published on the site, so ask the park before you go if you have a very small or very tall child.
What to expect
Buy a ticket online through Zamania's booking shop or at the park, then head into China Court at Ibn Battuta Mall. Children pick a 2-hour pass or an unlimited full-day pass; toddlers have a separate day pass for the Toddler Hub, which includes one accompanying adult free. Adults who only watch from outside the play zones go in free, while an adult ticket is AED 35 for grown-ups who want to play. The family restaurant serves pizza, burgers and fries if you are staying for a meal. Sock rules, what to wear and height limits for each attraction are not published, so ask the park before your visit.
