Trampoline parks let kids bounce, flip and play across connected trampoline courts instead of a single garden trampoline, usually adding foam pits, dodgeball courts and dunk lanes. It builds balance, coordination, leg strength and confidence in the air, and can be pure free play or paired with a coached class. Children can usually start as soon as they are steady on their feet. Sky Zone separates jumpers by height and age: under-110cm children stay in their own Kid's Court and Kid's Foam Pit, so younger ones are not bouncing alongside teenagers.
