UAE Allstars is an all-star cheerleading club that trains at Simply Gymnastics in Dubai Investment Park 2, and it describes itself as the UAE's first and founding all-star cheerleading programme. Season 5 started in the week of 7 September 2026, and the club says it welcomes ages 4 through to adult, at all abilities, with no experience needed. For children, the Season 5 posts and booking form list RAYS, for ages 7 to 13, which trains on Fridays from 3 to 5:30pm. Cheerleading, explained

All-star cheerleading is a team sport, not sideline cheering. Squads put together a short routine to music that mixes tumbling (cartwheels, round-offs, handsprings), stunting (lifting and balancing teammates called flyers), jumps and sharp arm motions, then perform it at showcases and competitions. Children build strength, flexibility, body control and a lot of trust in their teammates, because every stunt depends on everyone doing their part. Many clubs group children by birth year and skill level, so beginners and more experienced athletes each train at the right level. Children often start at around five or six, with tumbling classes running alongside team training.
