How much does it cost to jump at Trampo?

At both Dubai branches a jump session starts from AED 90 for an hour. At The Dubai Mall, a one-hour Jump + Climb session is AED 105. At Palm Jumeirah, Soft Play starts from AED 60 an hour and Mini Play (0 to 23 months) from AED 30. Grip socks are AED 5 extra. Check the booking page for longer sessions.

Is there a minimum height or age?

Trampolines are for anyone 105cm and taller at both branches. Wall climbing at The Dubai Mall needs 110cm and up. Palm Jumeirah has soft play for ages 6 months to 8 years and a toddler area for children under 105cm. No separate minimum age is published for jumping.

Do parents need a ticket?

No. Supervising parents enter free; a ticket is only needed to use the activities.

Can we book a birthday party?

Yes. At The Dubai Mall there are two packages: JUMP from AED 130 per child and JUMP + CLIMB from AED 150, for a minimum of 10 children. Palm Jumeirah has three: soft play from AED 145, trampolines from AED 150 and both combined from AED 165. All include a private room, a party coordinator and food.

Trampolining, explained

Trampolining is bouncing on a sprung surface to build strength, balance, coordination and confidence in the air - most indoor trampoline parks link a grid of connected trampolines with foam pits, dodgeball courts and (at some venues) wall climbing, so kids move between jumping, tumbling and games rather than one repetitive activity. It's a drop-in, come-as-you-are activity rather than a structured term-time class at most parks: children pay for a timed session, get a safety briefing, and jump freely or join organised games. Most parks set a minimum height (commonly around 105cm) rather than a minimum age, since safety depends on a child's size relative to the trampoline bed.

Anyone 105cm and taller can use the trampolines at both Dubai branches. At The Dubai Mall, wall climbing needs 110cm and up, and Trampo describes the branch as a better fit for older kids and siblings who want a workout.
