The Talents Team Gymnastics Club is a rhythmic gymnastics club in a warehouse in Al Quoz 3, founded in 2020. Its rhythmic gymnastics page describes structured training for girls from age 3, from a first introduction to the sport through to competitive preparation. The youngest children join the Baby Group (ages 3-6), which focuses on fun, coordination and confidence. The Elite Group takes ages 6-12. Competitive groups train 3 or 4 hours a day and are grouped by skill level rather than age, with the coach deciding who joins. There are also one-to-one private classes, ballet classes for posture, flexibility and grace, and gymnastics camps in some school holidays. Gymnastics starts with a free trial class, where the coach checks your child's level and suggests a group. Ballet has no free trial. The current 15-week term runs from 31 August to 19 December 2026. Siblings get 10% off with the code SIBLING10.

The activity

Gymnastics, explained

Rhythmic gymnastics blends gymnastics with dance: children work on flexibility, balance, posture and coordination, and as they progress they learn routines set to music, often using hand apparatus such as a ribbon, hoop, ball, clubs or rope. It builds strength, musicality, discipline and confidence, and it rewards steady practice over time. Younger children usually start in a playful introductory group built around movement games and simple coordination work before joining structured groups. Many clubs take children from about age 3, with recreational groups for fun and fitness and more intensive competitive groups for gymnasts who want to perform in competitions.

Who it's for

Girls from age 3 (the rhythmic gymnastics page describes its training for girls). Baby Group: ages 3-6. Elite Group: ages 6-12. Competitive groups are grouped by level rather than age, and the coach decides who joins. Ballet classes and one-to-one private classes are also offered, plus separate adult classes for women.

What to expect

Gymnastics starts with a free trial class. You fill in the online form, get an email to choose a date and time, and on the day the coach assesses your child's age and level to place her in the right group. After the class, the club's administrator sends prices, schedules and next steps on WhatsApp. Ballet has no free trial. Parents don't stay in the gym, for the trial or for regular classes: it's drop-off and pick-up. Hair must be tied back.
