About Tennis 360

Tennis 360 is a Dubai tennis, padel and pickleball club with five venues: Meydan (its headquarters), Jumeirah Golf Estates, Al Areesh Club in Dubai Festival City, The Apartments at DWTC and Dubai Sports World. Its kids' programme, under the tagline 'Learn. Laugh. Level Up!', follows a pathway from Early Champions (age 3) and Kindy Smashers (4-6) through Red Ball (6-8), Orange Ball (7-9) and Green Ball (9-11) to Hard Ball (11-13) and Advanced Aces (13+), with Squads for ages 8-17. The club does not publish which venue runs which kids' group, so ask what runs at your venue before you book. New players can book a 45-minute outdoor trial lesson for AED 99, offered for tennis or padel. Pick a branch on this page to see its address, courts and rating.

The activity

Tennis, explained

Kids' tennis usually starts with movement and racket skills - running, balance, hand-eye coordination and simple rallies on a small court - before children progress to full-court strokes, serving and match play. Many programmes use softer, slower coloured balls (red, then orange, then green) on smaller courts so young players can rally early and build confidence, moving to a standard yellow ball as they grow. Groups are normally split by age and level so children learn alongside similar players. Tennis builds coordination, reaction speed, footwork and stamina, and many children start from around age three or four.

Who it's for

Children from age 3 upwards, split by age and level: Early Champions (3 years), Kindy Smashers (4-6), Red Ball (6-8), Orange Ball (7-9), Green Ball (9-11), Hard Ball (11-13), Advanced Aces (13+) and Squads (8-17). The pathway is club-wide and the site does not say which groups run at each venue, so ask the provider.

What to expect

New players can start with a 45-minute outdoor trial lesson for AED 99; the club offers it for tennis or padel, so say it is for your child's tennis when you book, and ask which venue it will be at. Kids' groups are split by age and ball colour, from Early Champions at 3 to Advanced Aces at 13+, so children play alongside similar players. Term dates, term fees and session days and times are not published for any venue, and neither is a kit list, so ask the provider. The club's mobile for enquiries is 055 753 7675 and its office line is 04 331 7744.
