T.REX Swimming Academy

T.REX Swimming Academy is a kids swimming academy in Mirdif where children and adults learn to swim under a covered, lane-roped pool with professional coaches. Beginners start at the wall with kickboards and noodles, then build each stroke, practise dives from the starting blocks and move into the squad sessions that train the academy's competition swimmers. Coaches give plenty of one-to-one attention and parents watch from the poolside seats. Lessons run through the week until mid-afternoon, there is a second branch at Al Nasr Club in Oud Metha, and parents can call the academy to ask about places. Ages and prices are on request.
