The activity

Martial Arts, explained

Kickboxing blends striking technique, fitness and discipline: kids learn punches, kicks and footwork in a structured, belt-graded system while building coordination, focus and confidence. Classes usually mix pad work, partner drills and, at higher levels, light sparring appropriate to the child's stage. It suits children who like structure and a visible sense of progress through belts and gradings. No martial arts background is needed to start, and beginner groups focus on stance, balance and coordination before anything contact-based, so a first-timer can settle in at their own pace.

Who it's for

Kids and teens aged 5-17, from complete beginners (Preparation, ages 5+) to Development (ages 7-17) and the invitation-only Competition Team; no experience is needed to join. The timetable also lists private 1-on-1 sessions and a separate adults-only session for ages 15+.

What to expect

The first class is free with no obligation: book through the website form or WhatsApp and the team gets back to you within 24 hours. Beginners start in Preparation, working on stance, balance, coordination and fun pad work. A T-shirt and shorts starter kit (AED 180) is mandatory at enrolment, and gloves (AED 150) and a helmet (AED 200) become mandatory from Yellow Belt. Weekday classes run in the late afternoon and early evening, with morning and midday classes at the weekend - check the published timetable for your child's group.
