About Rada Cart
Rada C'Art is the painting business of Dubai artist Rada K, who graduated from the Belarusian College of Arts in 2007 and now works full time on her art: selling her own paintings, teaching private students and running group workshops. For families, two things matter. The first is private art classes: one-hour lessons for kids aged 10 and up (and adults) covering colour theory, composition and perspective, in acrylics, watercolours and drawing. Prices on the site in September 2026 are 350 AED for one person and 560 AED for two, with all materials included. The second is birthday painting parties: a three-hour, step-by-step canvas workshop guided by the artist, held at one of her partner venues or at your home, with every guest taking their painting home. Rada's site says she adapts her teaching to each student, from complete beginners to experienced painters. She holds 5.0 on Google from 47 reviews.
The activity
Painting, explained
Painting lessons teach children to look closely and then put what they see onto paper or canvas. In a typical session a child mixes colours, sketches a simple layout and builds the picture up in layers, learning how light, shadow and perspective make a flat surface look real. Acrylics dry quickly and forgive mistakes, so they suit beginners; watercolours are harder to control and teach patience. Along the way kids practise fine motor skills, focus and seeing a project through from a blank page to a finished piece they can hang at home. Relaxed art clubs often take younger children, while technique-led private lessons tend to suit older kids who want to improve.
Who it's for
Private art classes are for kids aged 10+ and adults, one-to-one or in a small group (each extra person adds to the price). Birthday painting parties are tailored to adult, teen or kids' birthdays; no minimum age is published, so ask before booking for younger children. No painting experience is needed for any of the sessions.
What to expect
A private class lasts one hour and includes all materials. Rada covers the fundamentals of visual art, such as colour theory, composition and perspective, and students try different mediums including acrylics, watercolours and drawing. You can come with a goal, like a painting for the house or a gift, or simply to learn new techniques. At a party or workshop, everyone starts from a blank canvas rather than a pre-drawn stencil and follows an illustrated step-by-step guide at their own pace. Paint, canvas, brushes and aprons are provided, and the finished painting goes home. No trial class is published; ask where private classes take place.
