About Gogo Village
Gogo Village is an indoor playground and soft play centre on Umm Suqeim Street in Al Quoz, near Al Barsha, for babies and children from 6 months to 12 years. It is split by age. Toddlers Access, for under-3s, is a soft play zone with a baby area, sensory play zones, rocking and balance toys, low climbing walls, a ball pit and a grassy padded floor. Villagers Access, for children aged 3 and over, adds a trampoline zone, climbing walls, ranger slides, a teddy stuffing room, table soccer, table hockey, mini basketball, a mini gym, a mini salon, a play kitchen and a doll house. Play is sold by the hour, with monthly passes and hour-bundle memberships for regular visitors. Alongside free play there are 30-minute kids' workshops such as pizza making, cookie decoration and ceramic painting, each followed by an hour of play. There is a café for parents overlooking the play area, and the venue also hosts birthday parties, school trips and seasonal camps.
The activity
Indoor Play, explained
Indoor soft play gives babies and young children a padded, safe space to move and explore with their whole body. Little ones crawl across cushioned floors, rock on balance toys, dive into ball pits, climb low walls and slide down mini slides, while textures, colours and sounds keep them curious. Older children move on to trampolines, climbing frames and pretend-play corners such as play kitchens and doll houses. It builds balance, coordination and gross motor skills, plus confidence and early social skills from playing alongside other children. Parents usually stay close by. Babies can start as soon as they are crawling, and many venues split zones by age so toddlers and bigger children play apart.
Who it's for
Babies and children aged 6 months to 12 years. Toddlers Access is for babies and toddlers from 6 months to 3 years, and parents must stay with toddlers during play. Villagers Access is for children aged 3 and over; children under 6 must stay with one adult. The venue's terms say supervision is the parents' and caregivers' responsibility, and that people of determination and children under 6 may use the Kids and POD zone with adult supervision. Google lists a wheelchair-accessible entrance and car park.
What to expect
You pay for a timed pass (one hour, 1.5 hours or two hours) and play with your child in the zone for their age; one adult enters free with each paying child. Everyone must wear socks, as the play area is shoe-free, and there is a 10-minute grace period before overstay charges start. Tell staff about food allergies when you book, as the venue says it is not nut-free. The website says walk-ins may be accepted for general play, while workshops, parties, school trips and camps need booking ahead. No free trial is published; ask the provider.
