Genius MILA is a learning programme run by Emirates Education Centre, with a curriculum designed by Kavod Management Group. MILA stands for Multiple Intelligence Learning Approach, and the programme is built on Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences, the idea that every child learns in their own mix of ways. Its tagline is "every child is born a genius". The programme is organised in levels rather than by age: GMF, GMK1 and GMK2 at the young end, running up to GM12 across the wider programme. The Al Rigga branch's online shop lists only GMF, GMK1 and GMK2, each a 4-hour session offered face to face, blended or hybrid. Enrolment is for the 2026-2027 learning year, and families first get a Reservation Reference Number online, then pay and complete the reservation at the branch or through the online shop. Genius MILA also has branches in Barsha Heights and Union (Deira). It holds 4.8 on Google from 55 reviews.

The activity

Tuition Centre, explained

Genius MILA is a levelled learning programme rather than a single-subject class. It is built on Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences: the idea that children are clever in different ways, with words, numbers, music, movement, pictures, people or nature. Programmes built on this idea tend to mix reading and maths with hands-on projects, group work, songs and art, so a child can learn through their strengths while building the areas they find harder. Children are placed in a level (the youngest are GMF, GMK1 and GMK2) and enrol for a whole learning year, choosing face to face, blended or hybrid learning. Ask the provider whether it sits alongside school or in place of it.

Who it's for

Children at levels GMF, GMK1 and GMK2, the levels the Al Rigga branch lists online (the wider Genius MILA programme runs to GM12; ask which branch offers those levels). The provider does not publish which ages each level covers, so ask the provider which level suits your child. Google lists a wheelchair-accessible entrance and car park.

What to expect

Each of the three early levels (GMF, GMK1, GMK2) is listed as a 4-hour session, and parents choose a learning mode: face to face, blended or hybrid. The shared reservation form offers AM and PM schedules (AM currently marked unavailable on the form); ask the Al Rigga branch which times are open. To enrol, you generate a Reservation Reference Number on the website, then pay at the branch and complete the full reservation form; slots are confirmed only after payment. Uniform, kit, the first-day routine and whether a trial or visit is possible are not published, so ask the provider before booking.
