The activity

Football, explained

Football training for children builds ball control, passing, movement and an early feel for teamwork through drills and small-sided games. Younger players usually start with the basics, such as dribbling, first touch and shooting, then move on to positions, set pieces and match situations as they get older. Regular group sessions give kids steady exercise, a set routine in the week and a team to belong to, and many academies add friendly matches and tournaments so children can try what they have practised. Starting ages vary from club to club, and most split children into age groups.

Who it's for

Boys aged 4 to 18 and girls aged 4 to 14, according to the academy's September 2026 posts. Training is split into two age groups: 4 to 13, and 14 to 18. One free trial is available for all ages. The posts do not say how players are grouped by level or whether there is support for children with special needs, so ask the academy.

What to expect

Start with the free trial: the academy says one free trial is available for all ages, booked on +971 55 668 6999. The academy describes professional training with dedicated coaches, and players also take part in matches and tournaments. A kit list and what to wear for the trial are not published, so ask the academy what your child should bring when you book.
