About The Talent tree
The Talent Tree is a learning centre on the first floor of Warqa Mall in Al Warqa 4, offering programmes for children as well as courses for adults. Its core programmes cover maths (Numerical Concepts Mastery), English (English Mastery, including phonics and sound blending), science (Systematic Investigation) and geography and history (Time Travellers: Exploring the World), with the maths and English programmes open from age 4. Alongside the academics sit a painting, arts and crafts programme (Creative Minds and Skilled Hands), Arabic calligraphy, an entrepreneurship and financial literacy course for ages 5 and up, and language classes in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German and Mandarin at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Older students can prepare for IELTS, SAT, EMSAT and TOEFL. The centre says it adapts teaching to each learner's strengths and areas for growth, and encourages parents to stay in close contact with teachers. English Mastery runs in person and online, and language classes can be in person or online, in a group or one to one.
The activity
Tuition Centre, explained
An after-school learning centre gives children small-group or one-to-one lessons outside the school day. Some sessions help a child catch up or stretch ahead in core subjects such as maths, English and science; others add things school timetables rarely have room for, like a new language, art, calligraphy or money skills. Good centres start by finding out where a child actually is, then build from there, so the work feels achievable rather than like more homework. It builds confidence, study habits and a sense that learning can be fun. Some centres start from around four, and older students may move on to exam preparation.
Who it's for
Children from 4 years old for the maths and English programmes, and from 5 for entrepreneurship; the science programme is described as for all age groups. Language classes are for children and adults at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Exam preparation covers IELTS (General and Academic), SAT, EMSAT and TOEFL; ask the provider about ages. Arts and crafts include events for children and separate ladies-only events. Ask the provider about support for children with additional learning needs.
What to expect
The centre publishes 'campus tour' times and an online form to make an appointment, with 11am and 3pm appointment slots, so the natural first step is to visit Warqa Mall, see the classrooms and talk through your child's level and goals. English Mastery runs in person and online, and language classes can be in a group or one to one, in person or online. Prices, class lengths, weekly timetables and whether a trial lesson is offered are not published: ask the provider when you call or WhatsApp.
