About Option SAT Dubai
Option SAT Dubai (Option Training Institute) is a test-prep institute with two units (G34 and G37) in Block 13, Knowledge Village. It prepares secondary-school students for the Digital SAT, AP subject exams, the ACT, and the LNAT and UCAT university admissions tests. Exam Prep, explained
The SAT is the admissions test many US universities, and others abroad, ask for. It is now fully digital: a Reading and Writing section in two 32-minute modules, then a Math section in two 35-minute modules. It is adaptive, so how a student does in the first module sets the level of the second. The top score is 1600, a calculator is allowed on all the maths, and there is no penalty for a wrong guess. Prep courses build the subject skills (grammar, reading passages, algebra, data, geometry) and the test habits: pacing, strategy and plenty of timed mock tests. Most students prepare in the later secondary years, but some start earlier.

Secondary-school students preparing for the Digital SAT, AP exams, ACT, LNAT or UCAT. The institute's homepage says SAT coaching can start as early as grade 8. One-to-one and group formats suit students who want their own pace or a class of peers. Not for younger children.
