Omniyat Center is a licensed care and rehabilitation centre for people of determination, based in a villa on Sheikh Rashid Road in Al Mankhool, Bur Dubai. It is licensed by the Dubai Health Authority and holds a Community Development Authority permit. The centre works with children with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, ADHD, developmental delay, speech delay and learning difficulties.
