About Global Village
Global Village is an outdoor park in Wadi Al Safa 4 that opens for the cooler months. Season 31 runs from 14 October 2026 to May 2027, with gates opening at 4pm every day. It brings together 29 themed pavilions and more than 90 cultures, so an evening here means world food, shopping and cultural shows on the Main Stage. For children, the big draw is Carnaval: more than 190 rides, games and attractions, paid for with points on a Wonder Pass, including the new Arabian Nights Bounce Palace with a special zone for toddlers. The Kids Theatre runs short shows and dance workshops through the evening; in the season's opening week these included PJ Masks, Toyshop and Musical Statues. Entry is AED 25 with a weekday ticket or AED 30 with an any-day ticket, and under-3s go in free. Rides are not included in entry. Tuesdays are reserved for families, couples and ladies, except on public holidays. The free Global Village app sells tickets, adds points to the Wonder Pass, shows the entertainment schedule and pays for parking.

Theme Parks & Amusement, explained
A seasonal family park mixes a funfair with a world fair. Families walk between pavilions dressed up as different countries, try food from around the world, watch stage shows and end on the rides. Younger children usually head for gentle family rides, bouncy castles and character shows, while older ones look for the bigger thrill rides, which carry height limits. Because the park is outdoors and opens in the cooler months, visits happen in the evening and can run late, so a pushchair for little ones and an agreed meeting point make the night easier. There is no starting age: babies come along in pushchairs.

Carnaval rides are tagged as kids, family or thrill rides, and most ride pages show a height figure (140cm for the Global Burj and Athens Slingshot thrill rides), so check it before promising a ride. The Arabian Nights Bounce Palace has a zone for toddlers. What to expect
Gates open at 4pm, so most families come for the evening. Entry tickets are sold on the Global Village website and in the free app, and Carnaval rides are paid with points loaded onto a Wonder Pass; most rides show their points and a height figure online. Parents can pick up and register a free safety wristband for each child, and lost children are reunited at Lost Explorers. Pushchairs and wheelchairs can be rented, and a Prime Hospital clinic on site handles first aid. Pets, scooters, bikes, hoverboards, skateboards and roller skates are not allowed, and visitors are asked to dress modestly.
