Tennis, explained

Junior tennis coaching teaches kids to hit, serve and rally while building coordination, balance and focus. Beginners start with a bigger, slower foam or red ball and a shorter court so they get real rallies going from day one, then move up through orange and green ball stages to a full-size yellow ball and court as their strength and control grow.
