Dubai Water Canal Walk
The Dubai Water Canal Walk is a free waterside promenade and cycling path along the 3.2-kilometre Dubai Water Canal, which runs from Business Bay past Safa Park and Al Wasl Road to the sea at Jumeirah. Kids can cycle or scoot the track beside the water, cross the arched pedestrian bridges and watch boats pass beneath them. Where the canal meets Sheikh Zayed Road, the bridge was built with a waterfall and creative lighting, so an evening walk comes with colour on the water. There are no gates or tickets, and Al Safa Park sits beside the canal for a picnic stop.
