The activity

Football, explained

Kids' football coaching teaches ball control, dribbling, passing and shooting through drills and small-sided games, building coordination, fitness, teamwork and confidence. Sessions usually run as group training, with a coach leading warm-ups and skill drills before a game, and many academies also offer private or small-group coaching for more individual attention. Children often start with fun, play-based sessions and move on to more structured training as their skills grow. This academy also coaches cricket and badminton, so families can ask about more than one sport in the same place.

Who it's for

Children, teens and adults - the academy runs separate kids' and adults' programmes in football, cricket and badminton. Exact age bands and levels are not published on the programme pages - ask the provider. Nothing is published on girls-only sessions or support for children with additional needs.

What to expect

Families choose between group classes (training alongside players of a similar level), semi-private classes for small groups of 2-4, and private one-to-one coaching. Kids' football focuses on dribbling, passing and shooting; kids' cricket on batting, bowling and fielding. The academy does not publish what a first session looks like, what kit to bring or whether a trial class is offered - ask the provider. You can register online for football, cricket or badminton (the programme pages mention a 10% online discount) or contact the academy by phone, WhatsApp or email.
