Early Intervention, explained
Early intervention is support for young children with developmental delays or additional needs, such as speech and language, motor skills, social communication or behaviour. Instead of a group class, it usually works through a plan built around the individual child, delivered in regular sessions with a specialist such as a speech and language therapist or an occupational therapist.
