Al Safa Art & Design Library

Al Safa Art and Design Library is a Dubai Public Libraries branch on Al Wasl Street, opposite Safa Park and next to the Union Coop. Rebuilt in 2018 as a specialist art and design library, it has a children's section with picture books plus activity, exhibition and computer rooms, an art gallery and an adult section of books on fine art, architecture, calligraphy, music and jewellery. Entry is free; borrowing needs Dubai Public Libraries membership, and a children's membership runs until the child turns 12. Dubai Culture's hours panel says Sunday to Thursday 8am to 8pm and Friday 8am to 12pm.
