Toss Academy Al Nahda
About Toss Academy
Toss Academy Al Nahda is the Al Nahda 2 branch of TOSS Academy UAE, a sports academy for children with further branches in Al Garhoud, Dubai, and Al Azra, Sharjah. The branch is at The Central School in Al Nahda Second. Google lists it as a sports school and as a football, badminton and basketball club, and the academy also names volleyball among its sports. In posts from April 2026 the academy gave its ages as 4 to 15 and said it focuses on building discipline, confidence and athletic skills from an early age. The same posts advertised a free trial class, so ask whether one is running now. To find out which sports and age groups train at Al Nahda 2, plus fees and class times, call or WhatsApp the branch on 050 106 5508 or message the academy on Instagram.
The activity
Football, explained
Football training for children builds fitness, ball control, teamwork and confidence. Sessions usually mix technical drills such as passing, dribbling and shooting with small-sided games, and coaches tend to group players by age and ability so beginners and more experienced players each get the right level of challenge. Regular training also teaches children to listen to a coach, play fair and cope with winning and losing as part of a team. It suits kids who love being active and enjoy playing with others. Many children start with simple ball games from around four or five, and starting ages vary from one academy to the next, so it is worth checking before you book.
Who it's for
Children aged 4 to 15, according to the academy's April 2026 Instagram posts. That age range is for TOSS Academy UAE as a whole, so ask which age groups and levels train at Al Nahda 2, and in which sports.
What to expect
TOSS Academy UAE's posts show coaching in football, basketball and badminton, with tips on the basics such as ball control, footwork and keeping your eyes on the shuttle. In April 2026 the academy advertised a free trial class: ask whether a trial is available at Al Nahda 2 before your child's first visit. Ask the academy what a first session involves, what to bring and how groups are split by age and level. When you call or WhatsApp 050 106 5508, ask for the Al Nahda 2 class days and times too.
