Now Classes is a tutoring and exam prep centre with a base at HDS Business Centre in Cluster M, JLT, and a second centre in SIT Tower, Dubai Silicon Oasis. Its main programmes are for students aged 9 to 19 and cover Cambridge (IGCSE, AS and A Level) and IB (PYP, MYP and IBDP) subjects: maths, the sciences, English, economics, business studies and computer science. Alongside school subjects it runs test prep for CAT4 (ages 7-17) and the SAT for high school students. Younger children have two clubs of their own: a Maths & Science Club for ages 8-15, built around quizzes, quick challenges and simple experiments, and a Junior's Club for ages 3-9 that mixes short daily maths worksheets with hands-on objects and puzzles. Classes run in person at the centres or live online, and the timetable is planned around the child's school week. You can book a free trial class before signing up.

The activity

Exam Prep, explained

Exam prep and academic coaching means small-group or one-to-one sessions that help a child get ready for a specific test or strengthen school subjects. For younger children it is often about reasoning practice for school entry assessments such as CAT4, or building number sense through short, regular practice. For older students it moves into curriculum support for IGCSE, A Levels or IB, and admissions tests such as the SAT. Good sessions start with a baseline check, then work on the weak areas with timed practice and mock papers. It builds exam technique, clear written working and confidence under time pressure.

Who it's for

Mainly students aged 9-19, split into Young Scholars (9-14) and Senior Scholars (15-19). Programme ages differ: Junior's Club 3-9, Maths & Science Club 8-15, CAT4 preparation 7-17, Number Master 9-14 and 15-19, SAT for high school students. The centre also teaches adult tests (GMAT, GRE, IELTS). Support for special educational needs is not mentioned on the site; ask the provider.

What to expect

Things start with an assessment. For CAT4 there is a short baseline check across verbal, non-verbal, quantitative and spatial reasoning, then a free 45-minute trial class using CAT4-style questions. The SAT page offers a free 45-minute trial class on a topic of your choice. After that, the centre plans a timetable around your child's school hours. Sessions are small groups grouped by age and level, with regular timed mock tests. The site does not list fees, group sizes or which programmes run at JLT versus Dubai Silicon Oasis, so ask the provider before booking.
