About Abracadabra Kids Indoor Play Area
Abracadabra is an indoor kids' entertainment venue on 7b Street in Al Quoz Industrial Area 1, built around a large soft play. Children climb the wall, run the ninja course, jump on the trampolines, dive into the foam pit and ride the slides, while little ones have their own toddler area. Two extras set it apart: The Portal, a 360-degree immersive dome, and Dabra Creations, a craft zone for slime, tie-dye, bracelets and face painting. On the all-day passes there are live shows such as a magic show and a carnival parade. Soft play is for children up to 160cm tall and 12 years old; children over 100cm get the full venue, and smaller ones a set list of zones. The home page lists a 2-hour pass at AED 199 with children's grip socks included; toddler and under-100cm tickets are sold separately on the booking page. Up to two adults enter free with each child ticket. There is a cafe, Abra Bites, and themed party rooms. Abracadabra is rated 4.7 on Google from 126 reviews.
The activity
Play Centres & Soft Play, explained
Abracadabra is an indoor play centre on 7b Street in Al Quoz Industrial Area 1. The soft play has a trampoline park, a climbing wall, a ninja course, a foam pit, a ball pit, spiral, wave and horn slides, a cycling track, a sports arena for football and basketball, and a toddler area. Beyond the soft play there is The Portal, a 360-degree immersive dome that the venue describes as the first in Dubai, and Dabra Creations, a craft zone with slime, painting, face art and a reading corner. All-Day and All-In passes add live shows such as a magic show and carnival parade. Children play freely, not in a class, with a parent on site throughout.
Who it's for
Children up to 160cm tall and up to 12 years old (the play page's maximum limits). Children over 100cm have full access to every experience; children up to 100cm can use the dome, the wave and mini slides, the foam and ball pits, the cycling track, the toddler zone, the glider, slime and play dough, arts and crafts, the reading corner and the sparkle corner. There is a separate 2-hour toddler ticket. A parent or guardian must stay at the venue: there is no drop-off, and under-12s must be with a responsible adult at all times. The Google listing shows a wheelchair-accessible entrance, toilet and seating.
What to expect
Pick a pass on the tickets page or walk in; weekends and holidays get busy, so the venue suggests booking ahead. Socks are compulsory for children and adults: children's grip socks come with the 2-hour, All-Day and All-In passes, and parents can wear normal socks or buy grip socks at reception. Dress children in comfortable clothes and leave sharp objects and loose jewellery at home. Up to two adults come in free with each child ticket, and you stay with your child the whole visit. Outside food is not allowed, apart from baby food or allergy-specific items; the Abra Bites cafe serves snacks, meals and drinks. Cancel 48 hours or more ahead for a full refund; same-day cancellations are not refunded.
